Return & Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds under normal circumstances.

Every product is pictured and described accurately so you know exactly what you're getting before you buy. Please review all photos and descriptions carefully before placing an order.

Minor tears or rips to the factory seal on sealed products that occur during transit are not considered damage and do not qualify for a refund. The product inside remains fully intact and usable as designed.

If your order arrives with significant damage to the actual product, contact us at gonzo.collects@gmail.com with photos. We'll review the situation and may offer a partial refund or replacement at our discretion depending on the extent of the damage.
